Brilliant service from Roberts & Thomas recovery (Hefyn) on our way home with 290 miles to get back to Kent when our car broke down with a large caravan at 16.40 on Saturday afternoon. Hefyn arrived in under 20 minutes diagnosed an alternator fault & loaded car & caravan onto his wagon before driving us through the night back home arriving at 2am to drop our caravan to storage & then to drop the family home before unloading the car at a local garage ready for Monday morning. Nothing was too much bother & he would not allow any relay but wanted to do the 600 mile journey for us. This was all thanks to our breakdown cover with our Nationwide current account & of course the fantastic service from Hefyn at Roberts & Thomas Recovery. Thanks

After spending a lovely day in Llangollen , we returned to our car to find water under it , suspecting the water pump had gone my husband rang green flag , within an hour of him recieving the call Hefyn arrived with his tow truck . Although we had issues with green flag themselves Hefyn couldn't of been more helpful and stayed with us for the 3 hrs it took for green flag to sort out a taxi for us to get home . He then brought our car home for us the next day . Such a lovely friendly chap who made our situation so much more bearable . Thank you

Following a serious rtc my car was recovered by this company and taken away. Following contact with them today they have told me they have crushed my car. Where was my letter? A phone call? Disgusting. I will now be making a claim against these for my property which they have now withheld/stolen.

Memorable recovery for all the right reasons.

On the last day of a week long caravanning holiday in wales our car developed a fault We contacted Green Flag who. after two failed attempts to fix the problem, (by sending two different technicians to site), finally agreed to arrange the recovery of our car and caravan from Wales to West Yorkshire. Roberts and Thomas, (i.e.Ty Nant Service Station), were assigned the first leg of the recovery and quickly made contact to advise an estimated pickup time. Hefin, the driver, then rang a short time later to establish our exact location and to confirm an estimated arrival time. On arrival Hefin was extremely polite, helpful and efficient in preparing the car and caravan for recovery. We made good time during the first leg of the journey home and Hefin actually extended the his stint to get us closer to home. At the vehicle change over Hefin assisted the driver of the 2nd recovery vehicle. Hefin phoned the following day to ask if the 2nd leg of the recovery went well. Exceptional service would thoroughly recommend.

Very bad experience, unfortunately someone crashed into me and my car was brought to this place. Arranged to pick up my belongings and alot of stuff is missing from my vehicle.
