RAC health checked booked online for Sat. Phoned to ask if ok. Told to come Monday am. Would be confirmed by email. Wasn't. Luckily phoned when stuck in traffic on Monday. The RAC bloke not even in. Told to come after lunch. "Not 1.30, after lunch" get there to be told come back in half hour. Then get accused of hitting another car. Didn't as the camera proved luckily... Come back yet again. Told twice Siôn will be with you now. Nothing happens for ages. It is now 1.30. Finally get told oh Siôn is just having his lunch first. Pfffffff. Thanks for nothing. Or rather wrecking my whole day 😡 cos I'm off and never going to be back. They could do with a lesson in customer care. If Siôn would've talked to me quickly I'd told him just the fastest check ever I wanted, only the essentials as it's a pretty new car. Just reassurance for the trip to Spain that's all.
