Great job and service. Picked my Astra up today, all finished as promised. Staff were really helpful throughout kept me updated with progress. The repair work was immaculate. Couldn't fault anything about the service and would definitely recommend this company

Blew a tyre outside of the garage. Went in and the staff were extremely helpful. Really friendly staff who sorted the car out at exceptionally short notice and a very reasonable price. Would definetly recommend this garage to others. Thank you so much!!

My car went in under an insurance claim to have bodywork replaced and repaired. The garage kept me well informed and updated. The men who my picked my car up and dropped it off again were very pleasant and polite, Llinos who I spoke to on the phone was exceptionally polite and friendly it didn’t seem to be a problem when I phoned several times even though I had regular updates, she was always friendly and pleasant. Well done to all of you. Oh! And and also a great job completed.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Standard repair work which should take a maximum of 2 weeks took 7 weeks because they could not get hold of a small cosmetic part. They eventually sourced this from another supplier. They would not release the car to me without this part because I would not pay the excess on my policy, however it was eventually returned to me without the excess being paid which is contradictory to their policy. No apology issued for length of time they had my car. Hopefully our paths will never cross again.

Car been in for repairs twice, first time passenger side a completely different shade from the rest of the car, second time car released to me with the bonnet and windscreen covered in overspray. Only went there as my insurance said to but would'nt use them again.

Very rude lady on telephone so unprofessional will be speaking to my insurance company about this very bad experience. Please learn how to speak to customers in a polite and professional manner.
