We had a radiator that needed replacement and some other items that required attention on a coach during a tour. So we contacted Williams Coaches and they were great to deal with, I soon felt that this was a company I could trust. They have great facilities and I was very happy with the work they did.

hands down the worst garage I've ever taken a car to. Within 4 months of passing an MOT, I've had a new exhaust, new wiper motor blade AND new brake pads fitted (worn down to the metal). None of these were highlighted as a concern during the MOT. staff are also patronising, when you can find them.

AVOID! We took our car there two months ago which failed its MOT on a side light bulb, then they passed it on another MOT without fixing the problem! Popped in today with a simple repair request and was met by a patronising, unhelpful, rude engineer. Will never go there again.

Great and friendly staff, standard fees for MOT, but efficiency dealt with and booked in for repairs very quickly. What impressed me was the repairs were quoted and it turned out to be a bit more work than planned but original quote stood.

Took my car for mot and they said it failed on headlights oil leak and suspension arm all needed to be done along with rear break discs so took my car else where and found out that suspension arm was strong and good and did not need changing the lights were fine there was no oil leak and there are no discs on the back as they are drum breaks was also informed by the same company the chassis front and back was weak but guess what it's good and strong nothing wrong with it so be careful
