First class product and a first class service.

Unreliable service, twice they failed to turn up at time promised. Then they finally turned up, dismantled the equipment and THEN realised thay had brought the wrong part. Finally did the job, but left the equipment under performing. Cost us nearly £200 to put their mistakes right, not to mention the loss of income waiting for them to turn up and then waiting while they went back to base to collect the correct parts. Will never use them again.

RUDE and Very unpleasant to deal with REFUSED to acknowlege any form of corrospondence,will not entertain this sort of poor workmanship or customer service,shame as we nedeed to have all our equipment callibrated december
