Monmouth MOT Centre

Mike and his team were extremely helpful when replacing the radiators and air conditioning condensers in my Porsche 911. I would normally take my car to a Porsche specialist but having seen the workshop and met Mike I was happy to give them the work. I will be going back when more work is required.

I came here for an MOT a couple of months ago after being recommended by family that I was visiting in Monmouth. I actually live an hour away but have made this my go-to garage now.

I've been back since to have repair and maintenance done on quite an old and 'boring' car, and it has been a dream each time.

I have never received such incredible customer service at a garage - from calling them up, to booking appointments, and finally, to getting a full and detailed explanation of the condition of my car and the results of its MOT.

The whole team know their stuff and they go above and beyond to pass on their knowledge, taking all the time you need for them to explain the detail of the work done and decisions made.

Most of all, they've built absolute trust, for example by making recommendations to hold off on certain replacements so as to help me save money.

The price has always been very reasonable, which in this climate is much appreciated.

Final touches include full protective wrap on the wheel, gear stick and driver's seat after repairs, for cleanliness.

So glad this centre got recommended to me, and I also wouldn't hesitate to recommend the amazing team there.

I had a problem with my car on the way to Newquay for our holiday.
Pulled into this garage and hoped for the best that they would be able to help me.
We was literally other side of the country from where we live, no previous knowledge of this garage and pretty much dropping on them unannounced.
They could not have been more helpful!!
Offered me a coffee to calm my nerves. The young mechanic who came to look at my car, put it on the computer, told me exactly what was wrong with my car and even explained in normal language. Absolutely 10/10 from us. We were able to carry on our journey, loaded with all the information for my mechanic back home to fix the car.

Only had my bike MOT'd here, but it's a very clean and clearly slickly run business. Confidence inspiring and I'd definitely use them if I didn't do most of my maintenance myself.

Very pleased with the service. Had my MOT here today for the first time because I’m working in Monmouth town centre. The staff were very approachable and helpful, and nice and clear speaking on the phone. Decent price and we’re helpful explaining some of the MOT recommendations to me in terms I could understand. I’m not very knowledgeable about cars!

Thankyou to the very friendly staff who helped me when I was in a pickle this week! A competing company cancelled my MOT last minute which meant I was stuck without use of my car for myself, my disabled son and my toddler, but the MOT centre were able to help me last minute. I really really appreciate the service and I won't be going anywhere else now!
