After an initial confusion over the collection and repair of my car. The manager managed to get 2 lads working on it so it was done in time. They also washed the outside of the car, which was stinking!

Great honest garage had my class 7 MOT done there twice now. Last time was great service in and out within a day despite repairs needed and garage super busy. This time even better more work was needed still in and out in the day. To top if off I also asked for a part to be replaced as I thought it was near worn, they ordered part but didn't fit because wasn't needed, I know a few places where that wouldn't be the case. I'm beyond Upset. I waited 4 days for my Car to go into M&S Autos. I rang first thing on the Tuesday Morning. Matt on Reception explained that due to a shortage of Mechanics that would be unable to see me before Friday & so my Car was booked in for the Friday. I was asked if I could bring it in as early as possible & so, on my day off, I brought my car which had No Headlights & No Windscreen Wipers to M&S.
Speaking with Matt & Paul on Reception I handed over my keys & was told that someone would contact me Mid Morning with an update! ,,,,, Because I am Out of Area I walked into Pomtypridd for a couple of hours & waited for their mid morning Call Back .... Well I waited & waited & WAITED!!!!!! I rang them back at Midday, 4 hours later & was told that no-one had looked at my Car as yet! .... I am a Patient Person, I eventually decided to get on a Bus down to visit my Mother in Whitchurch & as I was doing this realised that my Mobile was running out of power! I rang M&S in order to give them my Mother's landline number & thought that I might ask whether 2 hours later anyone had taken a look at my Car!!!! There was an extremely Sharp reaction from Matt, in relation to him already having told me that they only had 2 Mechanics Working (not the first time He has been a little brusque/abrupt I would add!!) ... This was 6 hours after I had first brought my Car in, after having waited 4 days! ..... I then replied that I would come to collect my Car at 4pm as if they had been unable to rectify the problem I would be driving Home in the Light with No Lights!!!!!! ..... Long Story short I returned at 4pm, 6 to 8 Men standing around the Garage, it looked as if my Car was JUST being looked at, it had been there 8 hours at this point & was told that it was an Electrical Problem & they could not do anything! ...... It would have been appreciated if they could have looked at it sooner! I spent much of my day waiting to hear back! A call simply to update after an 8 hour wait would have been appreciated, there was none! ..... Proprietor & his Father have always been extremely pleasant! I had no dealing with them today! But as a Customer I prefer to be kept updated & to be treated politely, the response I had was Offhand & a little Rude! An 8 hour wait for Nothing! I'm Hugely Disappointed with the Service Today!

Very happy with the service provided by Ms Autos. Had my front brake pads and disks replaced on my Corsa. This was done at a very reasonable price. No complaints here - will be coming back if I ever need anything else sorting! - JT

I would advise not going to this garage. I took my car with an erratic engine revving issue and they recommended an engine tear down!! that would have cost about £400 and some bit more for them to rectify the issue!! While it was just an air-leak i solved elsewhere for £120. I think the guys here are either not experienced enough or do not pay attention to detail.
