I’ve owned my TR4A for over 40 years and known a lot of businesses in that time. But this company is up with the best. I suddenly found that I needed a new clutch slave cylinder the day before leaving by ferry for Spain. John jumped onto the phone, found one locally, arranged collection and fitted it on the same day; all at a very reasonable cost. Very impressive. Highly recommended.

Phoenix Classic Cars carried out a complete restoration of my 1971 MGB.I was kept informed of the progress and received lots of photos to evidence the agreed valuation. The work was professional throughout and done to an exceptional standard. John has exceptional knowledge and can problem solve without causing detriment to the car. I would absolutely recommend him to carry out small, medium and large projects any any classic car.

Would be a zero stars if it were possible. New bonnet on my mg was delivered warped. John (garage owner) made up a story that the road was bumpy so the bonnet warped?! Paid £1 per mile for delivery which was fine but John said he was going beyond any usual customer care! Also he lost my petrol cap key and supplied a modern petrol cap no the original classic one which was on my car! He came to fix the warped bonnet after I complained (why did he think it was ok already?) I was not present as was at work and he left dents in the bonnet! No reply since contacting him about this. I'm very upset as I really wanted a good garage to look after my new mg with care and as I trusted the reviews was willing to travel 60 miles to get my car professionally fixed which unfortunately has not been the case.
