I had a car dent fixed on my car by the team and my alloy wheels buffed following an accident. I honestly didn’t expect it to come back perfect or as before but I was completely surprised how amazing the dent had come out, looks as good as new. The team are very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommended there services and would return again.

First class service! I took my Bentley GT Speed to New Again in Chelmsford and I could not be happier. Gary and his team were fantastic from start to finish. I had the leather treated and it looks amazing. On the outside of the car the guys addressed any small marks with specialist colour matched paints before buffing the vehicle to a high polish. They then applied a coating called Graphene and the car now literally looks new again!! With the wheels and glass also treated the car is turning heads everywhere I go!!

I went to New Again with a smelly, damp VW Golf. Their service was excellent. I found Gary and James exceedingly helpful, courteous and, above all, extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I was continuously kept informed of their findings and progress. They instilled confidence throughout. From my experience I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending their services.

. This company was first class in all aspects of my repairs from the in depth knowledge of my repair and communication with me . Which was from start to finish . My issue was damage to my convertible roof hood material. . I was coming to terms that I may need a new roof. But these guys Gary and James , especially Gary. He had knocked this repair out of the ball park. He had resurrected the roof , and it’s no longer a eye sore or a source and topic of conversation, in a negative way . But in a positive way. I would recommend this company to as many people that would need this type of services. Absolutely wicked job. Well done.

Very helpful. I bought a smoker’s car and have a strong sense of smell. The situation wasn’t terrible but I wanted to get rid of any smell (ambitious).
As I’m not local we went for quite an advanced treatment, so I wouldn’t have to drive back there. 4xfog + bio active. Not cheap but that did 70-80% of the job.
Unfortunately there was still some smoke smell. I called and was given a lot of advice and tips on what more I could do myself without having to come back in. Very appreciated.
After another couple of attempts on my side and a bit of time driving with the windows down the car has now no unpleasant smell (although there is still a smell, just no unpleasant and not clearly that of cigarette).
The folks at New Again clearly knew what they were doing and really try to solve the situation. Quite different to the clueless and unprofessional places around where I live. Recommended!

Had leaks found and fixed on my VW Golf which was soaking wet inside. Gary and the team provide an excellent service with videos/pics/updates all the way through from quoting for the job , through the job to completion. No complaints. Done 2 weeks ago and with all the heavy rain the car is dry and no issues. Guarantee is provided for peace of mind too. Overall would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

Can't fault! Went in with my car boot/battery and all electrics covered in paint! (Massive mistake). New again Chelmsford took the car as soon as I brought it in which was great and spent over 20 hours bringing the car back to looking new! Huge job, genuine/trustworthy garage! Would highly recommend! Had the car 3 weeks and was very stressed it would be an insurance job! Went above and beyond to sort all aspects of the incident!
