Quick at replying to email query. However, their knowledge and attitude seemed to leave a lot to be desired.
Was advised that they wouldn't offer a quote for a replacement hood at all because they were 'very busy' yet they didn't even ask if I would be happy waiting to have it done.
Then was informed that they wouldn't replace the back window on my convertible at all because it wouldn't be cost effective (don't know for who as I'd be the one deciding to pay for it!) due to the assumption that the canvas is deteriorated even though they haven't even seen the car.
Also seem to think that you cant take a convertible roof off...
They got an extra star for giving me the names of people who actually know what they're doing.

Yesterday I had a rear window replaced on my BMW convertible,very happy of the job and end result and price.Pleasant area to wonder around whilst waiting.I would recommend this place and the customer relations.

First class service. Geoff and his son Alex are extremely reliable and trustworthy. You won't find anyone more skilled and diligent. The work they have carried out for me is of the highest quality.

Excellent job, body coloured soft top on MG TF, old black one was 20 years old and a bit tatty. I was recommended to go here by my garage and they were really pleased when they saw the job had been done to such a high standard, as expected. Also good personal service as the job was fitted around some hospital appointments I had to go to.

J Mussell & son fitted carpets to my fathers 1951 MG Y Type. He is delighted with the result which is the work of a craftsman. I fully recommend the long established firm for their excellent service.

Really helped me out in a pinch, tried fitting my own roof, couldn’t get it on and car was left open to the elements, even with a busy work load still managed to get the roof sorted and on the car properly within just a couple of days, and at a super reasonable price, 10/10 would recommend these guys if you need a roof fitted
