Taunton T5

Picked up my amazing van today, best Xmas ever!! I'm sure I've been a complete pest visiting several times during the build, but each time I leave smiling like a Cheshire cat. Adam and Jackie have done me proud adjusting the designs to meet my every requirement and more than that throwing in all the really useful suggestions built up from genuine experience. Great people, great conversion - One happy punter!!

Had all our work carried out by Adam and Jacquie T5. Fantastic service and great genuine people, we would very highly recommend to others.
We have had windows fitted, van lowered, new alloys, lock down wheelchair kit, roof bars and awning rail. Fantastic first class work carriedout, and will be retuning for all our other requirements.

I cannot recommend this company.

The standard of work is very sloppy even to the extent of leaving glue spray all over the side door surround and they will damage your property. Upon querying our issues, the blame was forwarded back on to us and they took no responsibility at all, the overall attitude was very unprofessional and with a playground mentality, they never even responded to our second email. I have attached some pictures showing how I received the van back and the work I had to complete to fix the issues.

They will carry out work that has not been agreed upon and then charge for it, they also will not listen to what you request. They alter the quote wording and so when you come to pay the final bill, you don’t have a clue what you are actually paying as different items have been amalgamated and others added.

The only plus that I can think of is that the kitchen pod they fitted was very nice.

Prime example of customer beware, as you can see from T5's response and the photos I have added, this review was not even posted until Jan 29th! This company has yet again let themselves down and thrown lies into their response. I see no need to continue in their 'finger pointing' games, if I felt it necessary to justify myself then I could easily continue with this. My review was honest and to communicate caution to anyone looking to get some work done using this company.

Great quality, just had our T6 LWB fully converted, the units are really well built and the design gives so much storage space. Got back a top Notch Camper. Adam & Jacquie have lots of experience with van conversions. The great thing is they will build what you ask for.

Taunton T5 were friendly, professional and quick to respond. I was on a tight schedule to get A pop top fitted to my LWB renault trafic and finding companies to do this at all was tricky enough.
They were very accommodating, making an exception by allowing me to drop off and collect my van on the weekend.
Definitely recommend.

Very helpful and great advise. Brilliant solar panel fitted and sorted out electrics for me as well as various other improvements. Thank you Jacquie and Adam!

Really happy with the work Adam and Jacquie did on the van, sorting out the mess of electrics I had in there previously. The turnaround was super fast, top quality and fairly priced. Will return for any van work in the future.
