Unreal- I loved my RS6 C7 before the map but since the map... it's a spaceship!

Been using Dynomap for years. Reece always goes above and beyond to get the best and safest results from my cars. Spends the time to explain what and how needs to be done. Can’t thank Dynomap enough. Just got my X5 40d back and I was shocked at the performance. Highly recommended.

Went to the location to see about a map for my car, when i arrived there was no one there.

Called the number and left a message and waited for an hour before giving up and going home. I presume the owner then called me back later that day, but due to driving i could not take the call, I called the number back that evening and there was no reply, if they did actually call, they didn't bother to leave a message or reply to my message on facebook either.

Poor customer service, I hope their work is better.

I am willing to give them another chance if they want to get in contact with me, otherwise there are plenty of other companies about.

Still no contact other than to write a reply which shows me that the owner would rather cover himself than contact me and resolve the issue.

There was no mention of booking a car in on the site at the time as far as im aware and regardless of that, If you wanted to see the people who you are going to entrust your car to prior to having any work done why would you not pop in and see them...... I called a couple of times on the day and got no answer, so i decided to wait a while. Called prior to leaving and still no reply. If you had picked up the phone we could have arranged another time.

It was during business hours and your calls were not answered otherwise I would have no need to write this review.

You state I have left you an unjust review, well I'm sorry that you feel that way. You are in the business of mapping customers cars are you not?, I was looking to get my car mapped which makes me a customer.... You have also stated that I am free to call you again...... Why should i have to call you yet again???

My review stands, poor service, poor communication, I hope you treat others better.

I was 15 minutes late the shatters was down the owner was gone I trevelet 60miles 1h 40min. waste of time lost a days wage not happy with this company if you do make an appointment make sure your there on time. Poor service

Running a stage 1 on my seat cupra 280, Reece carried out a DSG remap which enhanced the whole stage 1 experience! Excellent service

I used the Dynomap tuning company. After booking, a technician came to my house to do a remap stage one. The technician did professional and quick work. after the stage one, the performances in my Vauxhall Insignia are very noticeable, the car got more power and dynamics of driving. I highly recommend this company, it's professional people and they know what they are doing. Thank you for good and reliable work for the Dynomap team!

Had my S3 remapped this month and I’m very happy with the increase on Torque. 410 before and 530 after! Very knowledgeable and he opened specially on a weekend for me.
Defo recommend and will be back when If I want any more work done.
