Carl repaired a burn on our fiat abarth seat , he took the time to show us all various options for the fabrics that he could use for the repair - and the one he recommended was a fantastic match to the factory original material - Carls workmanship is second to none and would highly recommend Carl for all you seat repairs or custom covers .

Carl absolutely smashed it with my van seats, super easy to deal with, friendly and good communication through the process meant the end result was exactly what I was after! The quality of the installation is top notch aswell! Couldn’t have asked for anything more and would not hesitate in using again!!

The driver’s seat on my 42 year old Alfa Romeo Alfetta had partially collapsed so I entrusted it to CustomStitch’d to investigate and remedy.

Carl has made a fantastic job of this, overcoming various setbacks (an old Italian car always has some surprises up its sleeve!) and taking everything in his stride with calm and good-natured professionalism. The seat looks and feels better than ever now.

There are probably cheaper upholsterers around, but I'll be giving any further work to CustomStitch’d…

Really happy with my VW T4 rock n roll seats. Although really busy, Carl managed to squeeze us in and complete our seats so we could get them fitted before our camping holiday. Friendly and super helpful with advice when choosing styles and fabrics🙂

Carl is a proper craftsman. He does great quality work and in my experience he goes to great lengths to help out and find a good solution.

Carl really knows his stuff. I took a couple of threadbare classic mercedes seats for him to restore and he made them look like new again.
He went the extra mile to fix the mechanism too. I would highly recommend his work to anyone and he's great value too.
