Amazing service. They were able to help and support me. They were pro-active and they really dealt with the situation, I was pretty impressed I must say. I would highly recommend them.

Very positive experience. Got a quote for my car to be scrapped and they called back and arranged a date of pick up soon after. Called to notify they were on their way and arrived on time. Polite and friendly service. Payment received within 2 hours as per the original quote. Thank you!

Very impressed with this company. Accepted their quote on Friday and got a call a few hours later to arrange collection for Monday. They called Monday morning to confirm their arrival time, the car was taken very quickly and the money was in my account 3 hours later. Everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful, the whole process was absolutely painless. I would highly recommend this company.

To anybody thinking of using this company... GO FOR IT! I have received nothing short of a fantastic service today when selling my car. They were polite to me, arrived on time, and paid the right price for my vehicle. Not great at all. Called and they booked us in for Friday. Didn't keep us updated and we had to call for updates until they finally said they were not coming. The next day they arrived and picked up the car. Payment should have been within 2hrs however we had to call again and again to see where our money was. Not a great experience but an OK price..

Quoted £517 online for complete with wheels.Didnt bother to make any contact for 3 days.when "I" called them on 4th day they said the "Quote was to high" and can only pay £430.At the very least could have contacted me and explained.
Needed car removed ASAP and now need to go through the whole process again!!
Disgusting way to run a buisness

Called Autobreak as we needed our car scrapped. I got one quote from them on the phone but a higher one through their website when I booked the collection later in the day. They called a few hours later and offered to collect the car within 20 minutes. The man who did so was very helpful & polite. I was told the money would be in my account within an hour but I had to follow it up the next morning. It then took until after lunch for it to reach me. Customer service is varied depending on who you speak to.

My heater motor went wrong on my citroen phoned them went up they had my part they very very help full a BIG thank to them.
