Ford Fix Centre

Phil and Richard sorted out a problem with the instrument cluster of my Ford Focus. It had got so bad the engine wouldn't start. They dealt with it very efficiently. They were friendly, helpful and good value for money. I would recommend to others. Thanks a lot. Rory

Straightforward, good value for money, and - most importantly - they fixed my Ford!

I needed a quick service doing on my old Mondeo and the brake pads changing. These guys fitted me in the same day, doing the work in next to no time - and for a very reasonable price.

This experience was great and worthy of five stars. But an even better experience was a few years back with another old Mondeo whose alternator went kaput, frying the battery at the same time. The RAC recovered me home, and I was quoted upwards of £300 for a recon alternator and battery elsewhere just in parts, with labour on top. These guys had me back up and running with secondhand parts supplied and fitted for £80!

Messaged Phil for some vent trims but didn't have any but in his own time sent me a link to where I could purchase some. Phil replied within 10 mins of me messaging him and that was late evening, well after they shut . Now that's what I call service and from now on he will be the first place i call.

Called to ask about the scrap value on my beloved Focus as Ford said £3000+ to repair engine fault. The man said you seem reluctant to part with your car, I can fix it! And he did!!! Yippee.
He replaced the ECU and reprogrammed it in less than an hour. Good price, nice people with fantastic knowledge and ability!

Very good experience with Ford Fix. Had a jammed auto gearbox selector. Called in, explained my problem, they immediately suggested a price and booked me in very quickly. On the day I dropped of the car, and within an hour they called that it was ready. They even tested my alternator and battery and test drove the car to ensure all is good - it was a great job at the originally quoted price. I tried to tip, but they insisted on charging us the agreed price. The car has been driving faultlessly since. Great bonus that they accepted card payment.

I've given 5*,reason? I spoke with Ford fix before actually going there on the phone the night before I went there the following day.
I was given so much knowledgeable insight and information on the phone(for at least 10mins)about my extremely hard part I couldn't find for my 2003 Mk1 Ford Focus St170 .Went the following day and even though the part was unavailable,they jumped on eBay searched for the part an found it for me!!.Look if you got a rare or classic or the latest ford an need help????, I can't rate them any highly enough.Go see em...or ring them an get a 1st class experience an customer service 😉
