Dreadful service - did not turn up. I phoned them three times on the day to check that collection was booked, and that there was no problem with collection. Each time I was assured it they would arrive that day. I made my final call at 4.30pm and they still assured me they would arrive. I phoned later but no reply. They made no attempt to contact me even tho' they had my mobile number. Reading earlier reviews it seems I am not the first person to have this problem. I lost a day of earnings waiting. Rating = zero stars.

Misleading prices has been given 1 price when they come to collect it was different and somehow didnt record the phone calls
Saying that the other company that work with them is fault for that they say opposite and I don't care in the end I was mislead.

Very easy to sell your old car

Booked my vehicle to be scraped on the weekend. They called and arranged a collection on the next working day. As requested they also called 1 hour before arrival and they were on time. Collection driver was professional and respectful and explained the whole process and paperwork. Got paid 8 hours after collection. Happy with the service. thanks.
