Extremely helpful prompt and courteous Awh recovery were excellent

Based on my experience, this service is efficient and all above board.

Awful. Organised a collection last Monday, driver called me the night before and I couldn't understand him. Admitted he was at a party and was obviously drunk! Was very rude. Never showed up the next day for collection as agreed. Organised for today between 8 and 2. AGAIN no one has shown up and no answer when trying to contact. Don't use this company
UPDATE: in response to the below, yes this was really booked for this evening. No one has shown up AGAIN. No communication from anyone.

By far the best quote I had received for scraping my old car. I was a bit unsure about being paid two days after collection, but the money went into my bank today as promised.
I would definitely use them again should my car die

Waited a week to get a date for car to be collected, stayed in all day waiting for the collection, they never turned up even after confirming they were on their way. Contact is impossible - Cowboys AVOID.

Did not appear on the agreed day. No-one answers the phone.
