Delivery was free, within 24 hours and with a tracking link so I knew when the driver was, literally, round the corner. Highly recommend.

I purchased a gearbox from them. They managed to deliver the box to my home address. Unfortunately for me the gearbox was so big and heavy that I asked the delivery guy to help me put that into my van so I can deliver it to the mechanic working on my car. The driver refused that though he was using a forklift to deliver into my home. VauxUK called me and asked me the driver called them and told them I don’t want it. I explained to them that wasn’t the case but rather if the driver live it there I won’t get anybody to help me but if it can be delivered to the garage which is close by. They said they have to charge me extra £43.50 before they can do that. I told them honestly I have really drained down and can’t make it that day. They agreed to refund my money but he made me aware that he is going to deduct the postage from the payment I made. To my utter dismay they have charged me £95.64 for postage. My problem is why didn’t they tell me they will charge me that but only told me the delivery charge for the first
Postage is £43. So meaning they have charged me postage cos the gearbox was returned to them and the notes they stated was I refused the gearbox cos I messed up the address. But that wasn’t the case. You guys gave two months guarantee and yet you took my £95.64 for nothing. That is really unprofessional on your part. I never had the gearbox box and yet I have lost £95.64

I ordered a part and due to my own error it was the right part but for the wrong side of the car. I got in contact with them and they were incredibly helpful with getting it sorted and swapping the parts quickly. Definitely recommend, professional, friendly and know what they’re doing.

Used Vaux Parts for an air con refill. While you wait job. Much cheaper than other places like Kwik Fit. Very quick and helpful service. Would definitely recommend.
