Was told part would be £20 by one guy when I turned up it was more than what I was told. Asked for the car to be brought down was instead given a ladder which is a health and safety risk. The guy working there is so arrogant and rude, enjoy your business as I won’t be coming again. Would rather buy online than give them my business 👍🏻

I found the men there to be very rude and contradict each other depending on the site. There is a lady there I did not catch the name of who was lovely but also gave me conflicting information resulting in a loss of property and being spoken down to.

Called the day previous to enquire if they had a car part, was rudely told they had none of that car model in , went in person to find they had four. ,I was told they had four by a member of staff , I told him what I needed and he sent me to get it , I went back to enquire about cost and was told that part wasn't sold without an other , ( a loom cable to connect to a light) as the lights where smashed why would it matter ?

Very very rude and very strange staff, intimidating almost would avoid this yard unless you really can't find another vendor

Broken-down on side of the road and it took less than an hour for us to be towed and taken home. They offered to fix the car and have it ready for the next day. This happened on a Saturday night. Highly recommend. Very well priced and extremely helpful

My car fuel tank was ruptured by a piece of metal bar left in the road. (A5) HK motors picked the car up within the hour. Repaired at a very reasonable price, returned the next day. I would recommend this garage highly.

Easy to deal with, in finding a second hand car part replacement. Took the part of the car myself with little fuss. The part was a little bit cheaper (only just) than buying one off the internet. But the benefit was not to have to wait for a courier delivery. Have used HK Motors for my car parts for many years, and will continue to do so.
