Green Flag sent out this company when I broke down yesterday, they were so quick and so helpful! Gareth was my engineer and he was great, explained what was wrong with my car for me to actually understand especially as I’m not very car savvy.

Greenflag sent this company when my clutch went. It took nearly 4.5hrs for them to arrive and get me home. The final guy who arrived was friendly and helpful, but I broke down just outside Wigston, they are based in Wigston and I only needed the car dropping off the other side of Wigston. Poor service.

The operative that came out to collect my vehicle was very courteous, helpful and informative but that is where the good service stopped. My vehicle should have be redelivered to a dealship the following morning and it was not. I was made aware that it had not been by the dealership that was waiting for it. I called RMS to obtain an eta where a rude and unhelpful call operative told me we'll get it there when we get there and that's that. Not the type of service I would recommend to anyone. If you have a choice don't let RMS take your vehicle to their compound. As I write this I have no idea when my vehicle will be redelivered to the dealership. Time waits for no one but you'll have to wait for RMS

Proessional and turned up on time to change my flat tyre. Phoned to let me know he was on his way, called on arrival. Quickly did the job then went. It was at 6.45am which meant I could get to work on time.

Couple of hours I got a flat tire. Gentleman was driving past me seen I had my hazards on pulled me up, I mentioned and I had a flat, he filled my tire up just so I could get home to try and sort this out as I had no spare! Much appreciated! 🙏🏼

Tyler and James was AMAZING 👏🏽 I received excellent customer service from them. They went beyond and above to make sure I was comfortable whilst they recovered my car. They are the most kindest people . I appreciate them and what they have done for me. My day was horrendous due to the rac but they continued to reassure me that everything would be OK James opened the doors for me closed them, made sure my car was taken down safely without a scratch and Tyler took me into the service to get a hot cupper. They truly represent what good recovery handlers should be like. Once again thank you very much. You two was just awesome. You showed kindness and compassion and worked with a heart caring about ur customers health issues. Big thank you. You turned my rubbish day into a positive one.

Awful service! Work as a third party for Green Flag. Left my partner and child in minus temperatures with no updates.

She called them to be told 2 hrs, after already waiting 2hrs!

No sympathy on the phone, not classed as a priority. ‘I’m well aware of the temperatures, it will be a further 2 hrs’. Shocking.

gear linkage broke whilst in the middle of a traffic light junction in Leicester.
Richford turned up a half hour before green flag said they would and fixed my van in 15 minutes and i was on my way again...great service and a good man! many thanks!
