Secure compound that can mean you waiting outside for long periods. Bring a deckchair. No toilets or anywhere to get food nearby.

Had a electrical issue on my Jaguar, the chap came out and had brilliant knowledge of the car and once I have him a very very brief idea about what was happening he proceeded to reel off all the things that I was experiencing like the bad tick over etc the noises the intermittent faults without me needed to explain any of it. He was 100% spot on and although he couldn't fix it due to neededing a Jag specialist his service and knowledge were top notch

staff are very helpful if you treat them right, I have heard some terrible use of language from customers aimed at the staff demanding things to be done at the drop of the hat, totally unacceptable and they always act with as soon as they can and in a polite manner. Ignore what some people have put for reviews these will be the ones who didn't bother to insure the car before it was seized by the police, also they do have a toilet on site but sadly they don't have a macdonalds on site but you can't please everyone, however there is usually a burger van on the same road probably 30 seconds away in a car. Always use this firm can't do enough for me so what does that say about them? treat the people with respect and you will always get a fast service..

Very slow to get vehicles out so you get late for other jobs

When I went for my property I only recived half of it was nit untill I told them that items where missing that they came out with the other half. If there is a next time they will not get my permission to touch anything in my car .without me being there or the police being there.

It's never great paying to retrieve your stolen vehicle, but these folk were efficient and sympathetic.
