We organised our pleasure flight via Coastal Cottages and everyone involved was very friendly and helpful. I felt very safe in the pilot; Dan's care. We had a fabulous half hour over Solva and St.David's. Even though I was a bit worried about being in such a small plane, I really enjoyed it and it was more comfy than I expected with stupendous views.

Bought a Flying Experience Flight for my husband for a significant birthday. It was something he always wanted to do. We had a brilliant experience, and for a little bit extra I could go aswell. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend the experience. Beware of third party voucher companies tagging onto their website. My recommendation is to phone Fly Wales direct

Had Jacob as a pilot and had a fantastic time. Very patient with our very excited toddler and made for an overall very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Not a very good experience and this is why. I rang up to enquire about a pleasure flight as I saw on there website that there is a weight and height limit for a 2 seater aircraft. I told the man on the phone that I was planning on booking a one hour pleasure flight but raised my concern and he said it will not be a problem you will be able to have a bigger aircraft which holds 4 people and asked me to mention it at the time of booking. A few days later I then rang to book the experience and spoke to someone again about needing a bigger aircraft which they said was fine and not to worry.
We arrived today at the airfield only to be told that the pilot can’t take us both on our flight due to height and weight, it’s only possible to take one of us. I told the man that I rang twice raising my concern and told it was absolutely fine and not to worry. He then replied and said they should of asked for your weight which they didn’t. The man showed no sympathy and just gave us a refund! I think fly wales need to change the information on there website and not mislead paying customers.

Booked pleasure flight for two to see the Pembrokeshire coastline. All the staff are so friendly and polite and our pilot Charlotte is both a very competent pilot and great company. She allowed us to choose the route and pointed out the landmarks along the way. Great fun and great value. Thoroughly recommend.
