Lady at till was really lovely and offered me a further discount after my small issue.

Very rude staff!!!
Ladies were very rude and unpleasant.
During serving us lady was leaving the till to bring something to other client.
Didn’t listen to me at all. She was ignoring me.
I was really shocked as I was never treated like that.
Also there was a girl sitting on the desk next to the till!!!! And these ladies were dressing her up!

Needed to get some clothes for my son's holiday there. Found all I wanted and good value for money. The only thing I have noticed was some contempt from certain members of staff towards us. Some were very grumpy and the cashier didn't even reply my friendly good evening and ignore me, as if I wasn't even there. When we got home we realised he didn't remove the tag(which we didn't hear any beeping when leaving the shop), so we had to go back all the way there next day to get it removed. I then pretended I had no receipt with me, just to test if they would remove it and apoligise regardless. But they said no receipt, not possible to remove it. So it means if I, for any instance, had lost my receipt, I would have been treated as a thief, for a mistake that the gap employee made.?! Or the best option, gone home with the tag attached and lose the garment (in case I paid by cash and couldn't prove it). Not funny really. If I ever decide to go there again, and am mistreated there, I will for sure complaint higher this time.

The Lady who was serving me was A little Nice, but the other Lady was something!! She is very rude!! I went to this store to pick up my order, and opened it inside the store because I wanted to know if I have ordered the right sizes but didn't realise that I have dropped my invoice just before checking whats on sale. After few moments I went to the till so I can exchange and pay for my items. The lady who was serving me asked for my invoice but I told her its not inside my package (because I didnt know I have dropped it) then the other staff wrote something in a piece of Paper I just didnt care what she wrote but it just popped in my head that I have to observe both of them, and yes they were talking about me like I am a Scammer or a liar! Because she said something about me not having a receipt or invoice! First of all do not Judge a person and Second of all you have no right to Accuse or Shame someone. And third of all You know that somebody have dropped an invoice but you did not speak to me while the other staff was asking me where is my invoice I have told her I was just inside the store didnt go somewhere else yet because I was browsing inside. She made us look everywhere and the fact that she knew someone have dropped an invoice. "She could have asked me or try to tell us that she found an invoice and asked me is this yours but No she did not, she still made me look for a number or whatever is that regarding my Online order I was there looking through my phone for about 5mins or less.. Just when I told her I was just inside the store and never went outside after collecting thats the only time when she asked me whats my name (asking me in a rude manner)!!! I was infront of these staff and yet they were talking bad about me like I was invisible! I didn't question them or argued with them, not stooping down on that level. I don't want other people to experience what happened to me in that store. Becareful of that staff.

A nice cozy shop with really nice and helpful staff. Went twice to shop during the sales and the service was very good.

The store is small but I got what I need there, the staff friendly and helpful

Gap clothes allways good value..and primark prices only going 1 way...some good bargains at the moment and maybe more 2 come soon...
