Hettys Baby Boutique

I am gutted I have to rate a 3 as the products to which arrived are beautiful, very good quality, however the communication and service wasn't the best. I ordered to support a small business especially after covid, everyone is feeling the squeeze of the price hikes everywhere, new baby this year and I wanted some beautiful affordable clothing. Order placed and had no option to select the 48 hour tracked postage which again thought great I'll have my item earlier, there was no message on website to say anyone was away and things would be delayed. 48 hours passed well a little more and I couldn't get through to anyone siccesfully until i pressed the matter on monday and even then I had to chase and be a little relentless. I was then being told one thing in my messenger inbox and then i recieved a email to say my order was damagaed and to either choose another product or accept a refund, now this contradicted the conversation i had in my messenger however i wanted the items so i opted for a replacement of another product. The order then arrived 2 days later, 6 days after ordering. Products are beautiful, i cant complain at quality is was the very little communication
which has ruined the whole experience and also lack of confidence to order again. Rest assured the clothes quality is lovely.

I was thare yesterday, had a grate time with all the lovely clothes, bought far 2 much, but couldn't help myself, the girl that served me was lovely, and I can't wait to go back.

I paid first class delivery 3 weeks ago for some clothes. Spend over £100 and still haven’t reviewed my items. Not giving me reference number and now will not answer the phone or emails. Please do no use this boutique as I have been scammed.

I absolutely love this shop! I’ve been going here for 2.5 years now and The time the girls give to their customers is amazing, nothing is ever too much for them! I’ve never been to a more welcoming boutique. The clothes are amazing quality and you really can’t beat their prices ❤️ x

Gorgeous shop that is always beautifully decorated and laid out, and has the cutest outfits for boys and girls. One of my most favourite outfits ever for my little boy came from Hettys. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff and they always go out of their way to chat and offer advice and help. An asset to Newport city centre!

Having a baby is one of the most exciting things I have ever been involved in (dad talking) especially seeing all the cute stuff out there you can get. As a man who's tastes differs slightly from my wife's this place is a godsend. It has a a great selection of all the best stuff you could want. I bought a few cute items and absolutely love them and so did the wife more importantly. Great quality items that we cannot wait to use (and in the future I can look back and proudly tell my child "dad bought you that"). Highly recommended.

Avoid buying from Hetty’s baby boutique. My order never arrived and when i emailed, called and messaged on social media i was ignored or fobbed off multiple times. They told me multiple times that they would call back but they never did. They couldn’t resolve my issue because one of the employees had Coronavirus and the boss was on holiday. They have caused me unnecessary stress over a cardigan. I would never purchase from here again! Now I don’t have my product and I’m out of pocket. After writing my honest review to help future customers, I received passive aggressive text and WhatsApp messages from the boss. I didn’t think the customer service could get worse but how wrong was I.

Absolutely beautiful shop the clothing is top quality and very reasonable prices, so much choice and always new stock coming in love buying from here and wouldn't go anywhere else now! Customer service is brilliant can't help enough whenever I visit or call 😊
