We made an appointment with a personal shopper in-store and I have to say that Edwina really new her stuff. She was approachable,well informed about the products:in particular with the travel systems. Edwina gave us her undivided attention for more that the allotted hour. She practically walked us through the whole store explaining the pros and cons of different products as well as providing us with her own personal insight into preparing for a new addition to our family.

I booked a personal shopper to help decide on a travel system.
Our personal shopper was Edwina - who I can’t recommend enough. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions regarding the travel system I wanted. She was also fab with my rather excited daughter - and made her feel included in the whole decision making process - I would definitely recommend booking a personal shopper, moreover I would recommend Edwina!

I cannot recommend having a personal shopping experience here more - we had Edwina helping us and it was so useful to be able to ask all our questions and get recommendations on products! For our first baby, this was so valuable and Edwina was a star!

Although we have struggled alot with broken car seats. The staff have gone above and beyond to help us resolve things time and time again. Obviously this isn't their fault as it's not their brands but they still have continued to help us each and every time. Understanding our concerns for safety and inconvenience and swiftly resolving things for us. Really appreciate Leanne, Melissa and her team.

Just wanted to add their service from the get go has been amazing. We had a personal shopping service to choose our travel system in January. We have the occaro pram and I absolutely love it. Just the niggles with the car seat that let things down but as I have said that isn't the girls fault.

Bought a premiun mattress for my baby in January and found there is a hard spot where his head is against when sleeping. Never thought about its the mattress' problem when he wakes up during the night. Called the store to ask for solution and was told to buy a new one because we can only return for non-used within 30 days. I don't feel right because I shouldn't be paying 150 quid mattress only last a couple of months. I called the customer service in the end and has this sorted by having a replacement one. I called the shop first because I bought it from there and obviously they are not professional and polite at all (didn't advise me to speak to customer service but ask me to buy a new one). this will put me off for buying items from shop again. I still like mama&papa and will keep shopping online.

An impressive store with a wide variety of items relating to babies, maternity, and other such things. The prices are affordable, while the products remain classy. The interior is clean, the staff seemed friendly and really seemed to know what they were doing. It was basically perfect

Visited tonight at 16:45, the store closes at 17:00, the doors were locked. The staff looked at us but walked past. Annoying because we knew (and could see) what we needed and there were other shoppers browsing in there. I understand wanting to get closed on time, but this was just rude. You’re either open until 5pm or not.
