Such a brilliant experience. We didn't really know what we wanted but George took us through all of the options, chatted to us about how we'd use a buggy and then made recommendations based on that. Such a great variety of products to look at which I haven't seen elsewhere. Lovely to have a proper consultation with someone who really knows what they're talking about. We brought a buggy & car seat and will be back when we need anything else. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

Came across this store by chance after having a very unfortunate experience with our travel system (bought elsewhere).
They gave excellent advice, answered all of my questions and even price matched for me. Since then, I have gone back there for a compact pushchair and our next car seat. They are so honest, sometimes talking me out of buying things that I don't need or that won't suit my needs. I've recommended to all my friends.

A great place to go to buy your pram/stroller/travel system. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There are plenty of strollers to test out and the appointment system made it a personal shopping experience. Highly recommended!

When we arrived Ashley assisted us straight away. We attended to buy a new car seat, having previously brought our travel system from Groovystyle I knew we were in the right hands. Ashley was so helpful, explained all about the car seats and recommendations and even came out to the car to make sure it fit properly. We were there about 45 minutes and the service we received was fantastic. Ashley was so friendly and her customer service skills are exceptional. Thank you for your help. We will be back when Ryan lets me but a new travel system for the next baby 😉

We popped in to see if we could get a new car seat for our 3 year old and the service was excellent. Ashleigh warmly greeted us and help us find what we were looking for and get it fitted in the car. I am recommending to my friends with children to go here first!

We had a consultation with 'Sam 1' (apparently there are two Sams at Groovystyle!) to choose a travel system and car seat for our first baby, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Being first-time parents, we needed some guidance so it was great to have the opportunity to chat to Sam about all the different options available. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we got to grips with how the pram and car seat worked, which took a few attempts! We also met George, who cheerfully assisted us with fitting the car seat. We felt reassured by his experience and the one-to-one service made it all the more personal. We are very happy with our choice of new pram and car seat, which we feel was a very reasonable price, and would not hesitate to recommend Groovystyle to other expectant parents.

After being let down by another company for a car seat I rang groovystyle to check they had stock ,they had one left.The person on the phone was really helpful ,i placed the order straight away and it has been delivered already! Can't fault anything.Thank you for your help

I would like to say a really big thank you to Rachael, who was our consultant/advisor on the day. She was absolutely fantastic, really informative, helpful, knowledgeable and it really felt like she had our best interests in mind. I could not recommend your store more after our experience! It also felt very COVID safe, that is important when working with pregnant people. We went to another store later in the day, and I was more informed about the products than the consultant in the shop just after spending an hour with Rachael! She is brilliant at her job and honestly, she could not been any better!
