Staff don't know their products and they falsely advise You to buy the wrong products. They then don't allow you to return the item as they deny all knowledge of advising you in the first place. Very poor customer service. Avoid this shop.

Lovely friendly staff, beautiful products and clothing, I could spend a fortune here!

Recently, my granddaughter's toy had a manufacturing fault. My local Winchester store were extremely helpful. They not only offered to replace the toy, they enabled my daughter to pick up the replacement from her local, Brighton store. I really appreciate how caring and understanding they have been. I am a regular shopper at this store and would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you for going the extra mile.

I had my first bra fitting today with Mary. Absolutely outstanding customer service, from someone who works in retail.
She told me all the different types of maternity bras and what one would suit my needs. I felt at ease throughout the whole process and confident knowing I'm going to feel alot more comfortable.

The shop was empty when we arrived. Me and my friend both with our toddlers in their big mountain buggies 😄
The woman behind the counter was very sweet, she was a bit older but showed great patience with my little one which you don’t usually get in shops with older staff (somehow some older people forget that they were toddlers too at some point in their life’s) ☺️
However at JoJo Mamamilk Bébé we were made to feel welcome from the moment we entered. My little one came in a dirty outfit as we have just been to the playground so I bought a couple of new dresses, shoes etc. and a dinosaur which was not on the list.
Beautiful shop, excellent products of high quality and there is even a little table for children to sit and draw whilst parents shop. Recommend highly.

I purchased a nursing cover in your store and was greeted by two very kind store associates who did everything they could to assist with my purchase before making me aware of the feeding and changing facilities in store. They were so welcoming and friendly that as a new mum, when I got stuck later this afternoon not knowing where to change or feed my 8 week old son in the city, I felt comfortable to come back to the store to use these servicrs. My thanks to the store staff, their customer service is the best I have experienced in a long time and deserves recognition. I would certainly recommend this store.
