Avoid this place all together we had matching cot & crib totally regret it! . There was wood dowels missing and the metal inserts for cot bolt threads to tighten on had came away from their pre drilled recesses & cot bolts was all different sizes. Again on cot bed when manufactured I found that the cot bolts would not reach the inserts within the frame so had longer ones sent. When asked about this problem I was told we get it all the time!! How about fix the issue then. Oh yes and another thing paint all chipped.

What a fantastic experience buying a pram bundle at this shop. The service was impeccable. David told all about the two prams we were interested in. Gave us time to take in the info and play around with them. The lady was also very helpful and attentive. Bought the pram and took home with us, he even packed it up in the car for us. Excellent service. Thank you Little Poppets.

Just a note for people reading bad reviews.

Please be mindful that manufacturers and supply has been extremely difficult for all businesses since the start of covid. You are only being told information the company is being told by their suppliers so have some appreciation and empathy.

Secondly, If you buy online without viewing in person and are unhappy with quality , that's the choice you've made. Do what we did and go to the store and treat it as an experience.

Company is amazing , staff very knowledgeable and helpful and competitively priced.

Ordered a travel pram online for delivery; after an order confirmation I heard nothing about dispatch so sent a message on Facebook; I was told someone would come back to me shortly; the next day received an email saying it was a mistake and they didn't have the product and would be a 6-8 week wait which is after we are travelling. lack of communication is very poor and frustrating in this day and age. I have been into the shop a few times and find it cluttered and unnecessarily expensive. Certainly won't consider in the future.

Purchased our egg bundle today!
The staff were so so helpful. Nothing was too much bother, the lovely David spent an hour and a half explaining all pros and cons of different prams, enabling us to try them out and test out the different features of each pram.

I bought a pram from here via amazon and was a bit panicked when it was late as I then read some reviews, after calling the shop though I received my travel system (my babii) and I'm in love with it, normally they are like 600 this one was 4 and its beautiful I can't wait to use it for my newborn!
