An excellent range of baby items in the middle of St Albans - so glad we found it. We were able to try out a wide variety of prams and car seats and purchased a really nice changing back for our best friend who is expecting. Great prices too.

Bought a double mountain buggy from this store, really helpful & friendly staff. Don't advertise they do price match but did knock a little off the buggy to make it slightly less than another store.
The shop team didn't mind my little boy playing with the toys and generally causing chaos.
Amazing customer service, my little boy left his bunny in the store (lucky we had a spare at home), Rebecca kindly sent Bunny back in the post to us! This level of customer service gets my custom any day!
Great parking directly outside the store.

Difficult and autocratic customer service experience. I cancelled an order after I realised the item was available 25% cheaper with another company. The refund was tricky.

Edit: Contrary to the sellers response. Delivery was neither refused or ever attempted as I had cancelled the order. I believe the seller wanted to demonstrate their displeasure that I had cancelled the order and hung onto funds long afterwards, even though no delivery would be attempted and I could not possibly receive the overpriced item. As previously stated - tricky seller.

Ordered 3 items on the 9th of December and paid for ten business days or less shipping. Was notified on the 10th that it shipped. Should have arrived by the 24th, because as much as their customer service disagrees with me, all mail and shipping companies operate on the 24th. Contacted them on the 30th when I still didn’t have the product. Was told to wait 4 more days. Contacted them on the 4th, when I still had nothing. Asked for a refund and have heard nothing. The item was a Christmas gift. There have been no apologies from their end. So as it stands now I’m out $38 for the items and shipping plus god knows what to place a phone call to the UK.

Buy elsewhere even if the item costs more. Because frankly it doesn’t matter if said item is cheaper because you’ll NEVER get it!

Edit: If the Royal Mail can’t deliver it in 10 business days or less then don’t advertise that on your website. And shocker...have asked for a refund twice and am being told to just wait longer. Going on 19 business days and STILL waiting.

Received an e-mail on the 25th of may saying my order was shipped, still hasn't arrived. Don't order from this site - it's a total scam.

And no, due to covid-19 this type of delay is not to be expected. Have ordered other things from all over the world and as of yet, this company is the only one that seems to be having issues.

Ordered, heard nothing, contacted customer services to find that the order wasn't in stock for another 5 weeks and would I like to wait. Blamed a computer stock error. Strange as that's what the other 3 companies used as a reason when ordering other items during this lockdown. It looks like companies are taking money for items that they don't have during covid. Not acceptable.

This is an online only store. I went hoping to be able to view and test drive some buggies but was told that they haven't been open to the public since Covid. Such a shame as there are so few places you can actually go to look at anything before spending hundreds.

Had a bad experience with this company. Was shipped something improperly packaged and as a result, received damaged. Their commutation is slow and unwilling to provide a reasonable refund/solution.

Buyer beware.
