A3 Baby Barn

Fantastic service as always. We purchased our pram, cot and car seat from A3 Baby Barn in 2020 for our first born and have just returned as we prepare for number 2. Expert advice from friendly staff. Highly recommended.

They are experts in their field - we needed to get a new pram due to baby number 2 on the way and they went out of their way to give us all the info and demos that we needed to help make our decision. This place is fantastic. We had already researched the brands we wanted (push chair, cot, car seat) but the staff were extremely helpful in showing us the options and demonstrating! They had everything we needed all in one place, and the prices were incredibly competitive compared to online- we ended up saving an additional £10-£20+ on each large item saving us over £100 or so. The one thing that was not in stock they're ordering in and posting to us free of charge. Cannot recommend enough!

Ellie was really helpful. She talked me through all the options for a forward- facing car seat for my 16 month old son. She comprehensively talked me through all the various pros and cons and didn’t pressure me into the most expensive one in the least. She recommended a really good and reasonably priced option and best of all fitted the seat in a few minutes. She’s a star.

This is an amazing place. Very rarely today can you find somewhere which offers you a wonderful service with great back up.

My daughter and I recently visited when we were having problems adapting a buggy. The ladies were very kind and understanding and sorted the problem in minutes.
Shopping here has restored my faith in the experience. To go somewhere where they have such a wide knowledge of the products is indeed exceptional.

We traveled an hour to come visit, a little bizarre driving through a golf course to get to it.
We had amazing service once we got in, a lovely lady with long brown hair (didn't catch her name) showed us quite a few prams, and we were left at the right time to browse and got a few other bits I probably didn't need to buy yet. However when we were looking at the pram we liked best out of them and trying to make the final colour/package decision and someone else asked if we were okay, I said we'd already been helped but we're okay, the lady still proceeded to carry on selling the pram, and I then felt a little uncomfortable and we then left, unfortunately even though you have some good deals, a stop at John Lewis on the way home revealed the uppababy on offer with only the car seat and base for a good deal and then we purchased there. I fully appreciate the lady who took the time to show us the few prams folding and the bases, she helped ease some anxiety as I'm slowly falling apart.

Disappointing visit. I went in with my baby looking for a new pram, it felt like I was bothering the staff who were all standing behind the till chatting. No information was proactively offered to me, I had to keep asking question after question - eg I asked how to fold a pram and then was left alone with it folded with no clue how to unfold. Just really unhelpful and unfriendly and I was the only customer in the shop. I left and went to John Lewis and found my new pram.

I bought car seats for my twins 18 months ago and came back today to have them readjusted as my boys aren’t fitting quite so well in them anymore. Ella very kindly readjusted the seats for me which was not a quick task, and in addition giving me some advice on what I need to do to keep them fitting properly so that the boys are 100% safe. I can not thank Ella enough for being so thorough and taking the extra time to make sure that the seats were perfect. Definitely recommend baby barn for their products and 5* service!
