Babycare Of Dagenham

I went in to Babycare of Dagenham to get a carseat for my baby and had a wonderful experience. The lovely sales advisor had a wealth of knowledge on the products and was able to sell me a car seat that gave me confidence in the product. The Manager of the store was very friendly and professional with his team and showed me how to install the car seat and its functions with patience and kindness. I felt with a lovely warm feeling about the staff and will definitely recommend the store and will be going back.

Had an appointment today to buy a cot bed, was told there were only 3 in store to view. Felt we were judged from the start as we were shown the cheapest one, which wasn’t great quality, I asked if that was the only one in stock and then showed another two. We were happy to wait for delivery, no rush to buy same day. The other two, were similar in price but different design. I asked several times were there any more and the assistant said no, despite other cots being on show none of these were cot beds, that converted to toddler beds, just the three we were shown. After looking at mattresses etc, the one we liked and set upon we were then told (no mention previously, just once decided), we couldn’t have it as you had to buy as part of a deal with furniture. We already have furniture, so the deal wasn’t relevant for us. We went away empty handed. After the visit, we looked online and have since purchased the exact same cot nearly £130 cheaper! The appointment helped us with deciding on a cot, so not a total waste of time, but wouldn’t go back. Reply from seller doesn’t match experience!!

So happy with the items and service we recieved everytime we've been into Babycare of Dagenham. All the staff are lovely and so helpful. They even price matched our pram bundle for us. More than happy to help and answer every question we had. They went above and beyond and we are so happy as several people had recommended them to us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Really helpful and knowledgable staff and such a large selection of everything so you’re able to compare all the different brands and models in one place. They also do great deals and prices, we couldn’t find the bundle they offered us cheaper online so was a no brainer to buy through the shop!

Informative and pleasant staff.
It's our first child so I did plenty of research online before hand. They are competitively priced so we paid them a visit.
I choose to book an appointment as we were going to be there for an hour or so. (I think weekends is by appointment only)
We were free to try out the various pushchairs they have which was great.
Letting us freely test the open/close mechanisms really helped us narrow down and finalise our choice of travel system.
They were able to give us a price for an upgraded system that's hitting the shop floors soon which the bigger retailers weren't able to do.
Not ordered yet but reading the other reviews online I wouldn't hesitate to place an order as soon as our products available.

We had an appointment to view a few buggies for the arrival of our little bundle any day now. The service was excellent, staff were friendly and answered each query and we left with what we had come for and a few unique added extras.

We were reminded of our appointment slot, were given undivided attention during demonstrations and left with huge smiles on our faces feeling accomplished. It was worth the 45min drive to get such great service and have such a huge range of stock under one roof.
