Newbie and Me Baby Store

We visited the Crewe store today to have our first browse of the prams and car seats. The free parking was fantastic for the area (look for the signs).

The store was bigger that expected and the staff were very helpful. We tried out lots of options and combinations until we found our favourite. We particularly liked the test track and curb checks too!

They were able to tailor a bundle to our needs and their best price was equivalent to the online retailers. For this reason we decided to go ahead with the purchase.

We would certainly recommend to other first time parents to be!

Visited the Crewe store and can honestly say 5* customer service from Bobby. Extremely helpful and understanding of our needs. I ordered a pram and decided I didn’t like it, he effortlessly transferred the deposit onto the pram we loved! Would definitely recommend using this store, the team are amazing!

Great store, all staff are extremely pleasant. I think Anisha was the girls name who greeted me at the door. From the get go she was vary knowledgeable and was able to show&demonstrate each product I was interested in. I informed her of my budget and I’ve never seen someone work as hard to meet a customers budget. She is a huge credit to the store and is a store I would definitely be visiting in the future. Great customer service, friendly and informative approach keep up the excellent work!

Great service from Bobby at the Crewe branch. First time parents looking for advice & guidance on the best travel system. We went through a few options & had time to try them out at our leisure with no pressure. Felt like we had chance to chat between ourselves & decide what was best for us & Bobby was really helpful, friendly & informative. No pressure to purchase, great customer service- thank you!

Visited Crewe store today and Megan helped my daughter in law choose a perfect pram. We were quite aware that we had a slightly restricted budget. Megan was amazing and showed us all our options, we were that confident we purchased there and then. Amazing store with fantastic staff, everyone was very friendly

We visited the Crewe store today and we could not recommend highly enough. The whole experience was great - this was our first time shopping for a pram bundle and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. We did not feel rushed or pressured at all - we were shown so many options, all our questions were answered and we tried out different brands. There was so many options on display and the staff talked us through everything. We ended up getting a great deal on the Nuna Mixx Next Bundle and will collect it nearer to our due date. There is a free car park too. Thank you for a great experience.

It was our first time shopping for our first baby and we had no clue what we were doing or what to expect! We were immediately put at ease by the lovely staff there! They were all very knowledgeable and helpful. We didn't feel rushed looking at all of the different products that we wanted to see. We put a deposit down for our travel system - a bundle that the guys put together to suit our needs. We can't wait for our new wheels! We will be back soon to order our nursery furniture too!
