Shannon is really professional and has such good product knowledge, I had no idea where to start and Shannon was so helpful in choosing the right items for us. Just popped in to check out the range of push chairs for a friend and it’s amazing so much choice and lovely to see prams car seats etc in person. The lady was lovely friendly welcoming and helpful.

Simply put the service here is great! We went at the weekend just to look, and got very helpful advice, demostrations and recommendations. It really helped us decide on a pram, and ended up going back Sunday to buy it. We will be trying to buy all our nursery/baby products from here where possible. Already have a cot lined up!

Shannon is so knowledgeable & passionate about the products & she really invests herself into helping you get the correct products and making sure everything is perfect ready for your new arrival. Being first time parents we had no idea just what we needed and what the best products were, but Shannon was so helpful and realistic, she told us honestly what products we would benefit from and get the most use out of and also pointed out offers and deals to make sure we got the most for our money. She honestly puts her passion for her shop and caring for her customers above profits and you honestly feel like a VIP every time you visit. Can’t thank her enough & we love everything we purchased.

Bambino’s and beyond is an amazing business, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for baby essentials. The manager Shannon is beyond helpful and her staff are amazing too. I find her items are the cheapest around and they’re so unique. The showroom is also so lovely and really well presented.
