So the 5 stars is solely for how lovely and assisting Both Emma and Emily were to me with the situation that happened regarding the delivery service, really lovely girls and so helpful and will always do there best to fix any problem there is! I couldn’t recommend this shop any more to any moms expecting!

Beautiful product but really slow delivery. Baby arrived and needed it, 11 days is a long time to wait these days. I also left message to ask for update and no one called me back. I would order again as they have good stuff on the website but would perhaps give it a miss for gifts or items I needed quickly.

Super fast delivery, ordered in the afternoon received next day. We bought stomp v2 travel system for our grandson and daughter is very happy, it looks great and the quality seems good. They have not used it just yet as baby is due next month. Hopefully, our grandson will enjoy it and will have smooth rides on it :)

I ordered two of the baby beans bags (in dark grey) for my twins. They arrived quickly, are great quality and look beautiful. I had to send a question to the company after the order arrived as I wasn't sure how to use the upside-down zips (safety feature). Mike responded quickly to my email, great customer service.

Ring sling poor design as padding makes impossible to tighten. Returned as per instructions but no refund received - company now ignoring my emails. In response to their reply editing to add that I have emailed my proof of postage to the company twice. They replied to a “where’s my refund” email quickly requesting proof of postage, but when I sent it (I guess they don’t expect customers to keep it) they failed to respond, and I have now sent proof of postage twice with no reply from them. Hopefully they may reply now!

We ordered a extra wide baby gate which trust me is a nightmare to find! Not only did they have a really good quality one, they had it at an amazing price much better then amazon or other online superstores. We got a text to say it was on its way the next day and we had it with us so fast u felt I just had to write a review to say how excellent and efficient the service was. It was a great experience and even better its an independent business so your helping the locals thrive too. Definitely recommend.
