Diddyland

Have bought a few items from diddyland, and would rate them as excellent. The staff are the right amount of attentive, always helpful and very knowledgeable. Prices have also compared favorably to elsewhere.

I had a small issue with a pram wheel after purchase, but this was sorted immediately with absolutely no fuss.

Would definitely recommend.

brought my icandy peach 3 double from here. it was all done over the phone and delivered fast as soon as last payment was made. we got a very good price for everything we needed for a double!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE THE OWNERS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHOCKING, QUICK TO TAKE THE MONEY FROM YOU BUT NOT SO QUICK TO HELP YOU OUT WHEN THE PUSHCHAIR YOU PURCHASED ISNT FIT FOR PURPOSE. THE OWNER IS HAPPY TO LEAVE US HOUSE BOUND WITHOUT A CARSEAT, PUSHCHAIR AND CARRY COT WITH A 3 WEEK OLD BABY.
I WOULD AVOID DIDDYLAND AND THE BABYSTYLE OYSTER 3 AT ALL COST.

Bought our iCandy from here. Great price and they even said they’d hang on to it until we needed it closer to the birth to save it taking space in the house. Can’t argue with that level of customer service!
