Ordered an item online which unfortunately turned out to be out of stock with the supplier, but Simply Baby handled this brilliantly, attempting to find the item from other suppliers and refunding the money in the meantime. Excellent customer service, and hope to use them again in the future!

Cannot recommend this company enough, I purchase a Joolz pushchair from them which came within the time frame got email updates etc, I have had a two issues with the pushchair that is completely Joolz's issues and not company, however they way they dealt with this issues they truly went above and beyond to fix this for me.
Read on if you have time if not just know there customer service is amazing & Mike in customer s will do everything he can to help you!

1. The car seat had a part missing this was shipped next day to me.
2. The chassi of the buggy part broke. Contact Simply baby & they kept me up to date throughout the whole situation they even sent me a stroller to use while the issue was being resolved as Joolz where being hard work getting a replacement. Thank you so much for fixing the issue, I may not purchase a Joolz item again due to the issues, but any purchase I make in the future for my baby will be from this company! Thank you for everything!
