Excellent experience with this business and it’s staff.

We had heard how good they were and went to visit them after a recommendation from a friend. Safe to say, they didn’t disappoint and we definitely recommend them as well.

We didn’t have a clue about what we needed etc when we arrived but they went through the good and bad of pretty much every single pram in the store. The knowledge they have is priceless and they were all so friendly that it encouraged us to purchase from them.

Their after sales was even more impressive however. When our little princess was born 5 weeks premature they ensured we got everything as quickly as possible. The offer of lending us a carry cot just to get her home was such a kind thing to do and something you would obviously never get If purchasing from an online retailer.

This was such a positive experience for us and we really can’t thank them enough for everything.

What a lovely place - staff are so helpful and enthusiastic. Can’t recommend them enough - they really helped demonstrate prams to us and made sure they fit in our car.

I ordered the 3 piece Franklin nursery furniture from Bumps N Babies as they were offering the best deal around. The delivery time was quick and reasonable and the furniture turned up beautifully. The service was also good with emails responded to quickly. Very happy with this for the our nursery.

What was meant to be an exciting shopping trip with my expectant daughter to buy a pram and nursery furniture was sadly disappointing. Upon enquiring about a particular pram I was told I could take it down off the platform myself for a closer look. The 2 staff on duty seemed totally disinterested in serving us.

I very rarely write reviews but feel the company needs some feedback as customer service is everything, especially when you're spending several thousand pounds but it was certainly lacking during our visit. Luckily we visited another pram store on the same day and our experience could not have been more different, the staff there were helpful and attentive without being asked, therefore this is where I chose to spend my money.

My wife had a pleasant shopping experience while going to look at the prams. The lady was very helpful, knowledgeable and seemed to know what she was talking about. She pulled each of the prams down herself and told her not to do any of the lifting. All in all, she looked at approximately 15 different prams. Nothing was too much trouble, showing her how to fold them down and put them back up. The lady had patience, great communication skills and really took the time to talk to her, building up a good report. As we live in flat on the 5th floor, my wife wanted something that was practical and lightweight so she's able to get it up and down the flights of stairs. She seen the perfect pram at only 6kg, it was so easy to push, came with the car seat and carry cot so we bought and payed for it back in July. As we live in Swansea, we were unable to pick it up till the August and in all fairness, they held it there for us until we're able to collect. I had my pram and crib on Saturday, put the pram up and the adaptors were missing. We wasn't going to put the crib up but thought we should just incase anything else was missing. On setting up, we realised the babies duvet wasn't there for the crib either. On phoning the shop, they were really apologetic and said they were going to rectify the problem. In all fairness, this is a mistake made by the manufacturers and not by bumps and babies. After reading a couple of bad reviews on here, I was a bit worried to phone because their reviews stated that when there was an issue, they seemed uninterested which made the experience awful! I hardly ever leave reviews but felt the need to post this honest review because my experience, even though there were mistakes, couldn't have been further from what I've read. They have said to send them an email with details and they'll sort it out and I think that speaks to their professionalism! The person who answered the phone was friendly, warm and not rude or abrupt in any way. I will come back with an update, as to whether my problem was rectified. Although our due date is 6 weeks away, we're not at all worried because the way they handled the situation was very calming. My wife as severe anxiety and the fact that she's so calm about it speaks volumes as to the way they handled the situation. 5 stars for professionalism. #UPDATE# Problems were rectified as promised. I received the adaptors and duvet that were missing, everything works fine there are no faults. Very professional and kept in constant contact by email to let me know when I would be recieving missing items. I offered to pay for the post for the missing items to be sent but they said that was unnecessary. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better service, considering they wasn't at fault to begin with. Due date 5 weeks away so everything is ready for him to make his appearance. The only thing I would say is if you are purchasing anything from there, give yourself some time just in case there are missing item's. Wouldn't be fair to them to order something 2 weeks before and if there is stuff missing, complain that you're not going to get it by your due date. They obviously need the time to sort things out, by contacting the manufacturs in order to retrieve your missing items.
