This chain is absolutely adored by my pregnant wife, however the outlet store is simply a small shop where they sell damaged goods. It can be everything from small marks on clothes to broken packaging, if you have something specific in mind then you might be lucky but by and large not a wide selection. However you can order anything specific you want as the main distribution warehouse is next door!

About the size of a regular store, so stock is naturally limited. Discounts range from fair to great, depending on why they're there (end of line vs defects vs just some battered packaging). I've never left empty handed, but that's become easier now I'm looking for the less popular sizes, like age 2-3. The full range exists in the store including clothes, equipment and toys, and on weekdays, they can grab any full price item in the catalogue from the warehouse next door.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Managed to get lots of deals today....70% off Maternity clothes (dresses as little as £3) and despite the store being small they have a large selection of stock. Definitely well worth a visit.

I would NEVER buy from this Company ever again. Products are expensive and not good value. Bought my granddaughter sunglasses and they broke the first time she wore them, wasn’t her fault, they refused to refund or replace. From reading other reviews seems common place. Appalling for such a big Company.

Great place to find a bargain if you’re not too precious about packaging or missing pieces. Friendly, welcoming staff who interact with the children wonderfully. Well worth a regular visit as the range does change from time to time.
