Greggs

Why is the food cold? I don't want to go home and warm it up it defeats the object. I just want a warm pasty or croissant. The food used to be so hot it was worth the wait for it to cool, but when you get a cold pasty it takes away the niceness of it.

If the hot food cooked in Greg's could actually be kept hot then it would be 5 starts from me. Unfortunately we don't enjoy the hot food when it's cold
They have no option to keep the pastries hot. I had assumed the food was in a warmer but its nor heated Unfortunately

Asked for hot food and was give stone cold food instead! Happened multiple times now terrible service

The shop was busy & although most of my takeaway order was right my coffee which I wanted without milk came with milk. This spoiled my meal & I didn't get the drink I wanted or paid for.

The last 3 greggs outlets I have been to have served me with cold food, when I go for pie's or pastries I want hot or at the very least warm food, if greggs can't provide this then I will be going to a company that can, very disappointing

Basic food, cold sometimes, but quick on the go if you need it....coffee is great though..

Why is it on several occasions at dinner time there’s nothing I’ve just walked in all they had to offer was vegan sausage roll and stake bake ! No sausage rolls no pizza no cheese and onion no sausage and bean nothing it’s a shambles and it’s on several occasions busiest time of the day not wasting my time coming anymore!

Love my local Greggs. Staff are helpful and friendly.
