Pasty’s always stone cold, if you asked for a roll to be made up the staff appear as if you’re disturbing then, despite the signs saying this is available all day. Few of the staff are pleasant but the rest are really rude. Cakes are of bad quality. You’ll be better off walking over the road to the Lidl bakery.

This skinny looking blond oldish woman with glasses was so rude she had my wife crying in the car and all she asked where did you get your make up done and she told my wife to get out the store. AND my sausage rolls we're cold and steak bake was somehow raw as a fish.

Dear owner, yesterday I arrived at 7 50 and was told store opens at 8. I waited outside patiently
Only to find out,3 minutes later a man was served who bought bread, the door was open.
Innocently I tried to walk in bevause the door was now open .Your employee Shut the Door Violently inches from my face and locked it without any explanation. !

If the store was closed why was that man served?
And is this a way to treat customers?

Kindly take action against this Absurd Rude behavior.
Such a person does not Deserve to have a Job in customer service

We went into Cooplands today 14.01.22 for the first and last time. There seemed to be only 2 staff so the wait was long. The one who served us came across as rude, not just to us but the customer prior. They had ordered chicken tikka over a jacket potato only to be told, we don't do chicken tikka anymore. The menu very clearly stated a choice of toppings which said chicken tikka. This should have been removed from the menu or at least covered up or a sign to say they no longer do it.

The menu we were looking at gave an option of regular or large for sandwiches/rolls. We ordered 2 large baguettes, she confirmed the filling and i said yes please both large to an answer of, baguettes are only 1 size. They must be under the charge for large as it was an exorbitant charge for what we had. There was hardly any filling in them and we don't believe that the baguettes were baked off, they were not like any actual baked ones we've ever had, they were definitely not made with love.

We just wanted to grab a quick tasty bite, but we ended up with a non baked tasteless lack of filling baguette, which we were charged the large price for. It was a waste of time going there as it was that disgusting and it's £6.80 of food we had to throw in the bin.

Would we go there again? Nope never
Would we recommend it? No way
What advice would we give about this place? Steer clear, stay away.

Very rude staff, ended up with a pizza slice which was stone cold as they refused to serve it warm. Same goes for the sausage rolls, only reason they were edible are because they can be eaten cold. Have always found cooplands staff friendly and helpful at every other branch, but not this one, management seriously need to look at the staff and their attitude

Got 2 pies for lunch, paid £2 and ice cold! If I wanted cold pies I would buy it from Tesco or something for a lot less. We ended up putting it in the bin as it was in a hot car by the time we got home!
