Very good and convenient! Excellent quorn vegan sausage rolls. We had lunch there a few times..just today I had to bring back my coffee with soy milk cause they first put normal milk in it and then gave me the little shots of soy milk to add as well..but they kindly provided a fresh black coffee where I could put my soy milk shots. Good service 👍

You cannot beat a Greggs sausage roll if it's the right temperature coffee is always good shops in Blackburn very friendly good service

Excellent service from Megan this morning and a tasty bacon baguette. The hot chocolate was very good quality as well.

Went to Greggs this morning with my daughter to get her a sausage roll they are £1.10 so I gave the woman £1.20 because I didn't have 10p I stood waiting for my change and she said you gave me £1.10 I said I didn't I gave you £1.20 she started arguing with me and made out I was lieing. I just walked out, it wasn't the money I was bothered about it was the fact that she made out I was a liar. WON'T BE GOING IN THERE AGAIN, miserable old cow!!!

I have just been served by sana. Her customer service skills were a disgrace. I had to wait as she was chatting and laughing with a colleague. Then there was no greeting at all. I gave her my order, she had to ask again as she was
still chatting. No acknowledgement at all or eye contact. I said i was paying by card so she just tapped the card machine whilst Still chatting. Very poor customer service..

Bring back the lemon doughnuts!!! Please 😁
