Poundbakery

Very very good value for money. Good choice of pasties and other snacks, all at very good value for money. Quality of produce is reasonable. Staff are very nice and helpful, clean and well presented shop. Good access for disabled and plenty of room in shop.

Would've been more stars as the food is generally very good, but just been charged £1.70 for a sausage roll and a meat and potato pie, which were on 2 for £1. When I questioned it the wouldn't do anything and said no they're two different prices!

On par with Greggs, Almost, but not quite.
They do similar food items but my favourite item is vegetarian curry rolls. They're so nice but vary in taste each day somehow. All that aside the shop is nice clean and staff very friendly

Terrible pasties since recipe change. I visited on Tuesday the 26th April at 4:45pm and ordered two chicken pasties, ate both straight away, both had a strange taste the sauce was different and there was not a single bit of chicken in any of them. I can understand the need to save money, but this is not the way, if the price needs to be £1.20 then so be it. I will never buy anything from Pound Bakery again as these were the worst pasties I have ever had.

You get what you get. For the price, it is okay. Don't expect a wow factor. Not for those who suffer from indigestion.

Went in today and got a Large Chicken pasty. . It was absolutely disgusting I'm afraid . There was No Chicken in it at all . Just like a cheap chicken soup that had been thickened for filling. . No a happy bunny innit

Came in today had a chicken pasty and about an hour later I was sick won't be coming in again 😤

The food is good but i went to pound bakery as I was stood in queue I saw one of the workers making baguettes. She had no gloves on. I thought its ok she must have washed hands but she wiped her hands on her jeans many times and Continued making food. I left as very unhygienic.
