Can't hear the staff as music on loud in customer area.
I asked for my stuff and the guy gave me extra saying I asked for that which I never did.
I question about the cost as I used a voucher for one item and got told the cost was correct which I know it should of been alot less. I been charge for a pasty I never asked for and a voucher that apparently I had to use separately.
The attitude of the staff is bad, the music on loud so customers can't hear the staff, there is also a screen up so when staff speak it is quiet already by the music on, even other people in the queue said they couldn't hear them.

A Greggs is a Greggs, is it not. Same as all others really but you can’t knock a sausage roll and a steak bake I guess 👍

Joe was nice, seemed very chipper!
They didn't have any pumpkin spice syrup left so he offered me alternatives.
Also had a 10 minute wait on sausage rolls but he offered me a cold one if I didn't want to wait.

Lane ends Gregg's, Absolute shambles. Music's too loud, can't hear the staff, orders wrong again!

The service is shockingly bad at Greggs Lane ends. Sometimes like today several customers were kept waiting for 15 minutes to get a coffee and a bacon sandwich. This is due only to the telephone orders they are taking and just eat. Customers are walking away from the shop. It's supposed to be Convenience food and it's now becoming inconvenient to buy from that shop.
