Asked for green tea, said they don't sell it ! Its on price board ! Asked for just hot water said they don’t have any. Asked for a tea and they made one, WITH hot water 🤔. Asked for no chocolate on the cappuccino, you guessed it !!

Can't really say anything about the food and drink,
What makes the difference for me is the cleanliness of the store.
And the customer service..
Colne fantastic very helpful and courteous,
They are so busy but still take the time to make costumers feel important , and still good value for money.

No way to order online. Every time I try my order's unsuccessful. Never had same problem with greggs in nelson.

Dog s##t !! Years ago were great value for money but went in other day and spent 14 quid. I got two sandwiches and two drinks and a pack of 4 sausage rolls for me and my little girl. We could of went for a sit down meal in a pub. I won't be going back in.
