Great selection - some very tasty. Great for a sandwich or an afternoon treat. It’s better to takeaway then to dine in.

Shocking service. I walked in and stood there for 5 minutes, in front of the till, and was ignored by 4 members of staff. One member of staff who I assume was the supervisor on shift, stood behind the till putting through items for herself (and applying student discount to every item despite clearly not being a student), did not even look up to acknowledge me, and then asked every other member of staff if they could serve me instead as if I wasn’t standing there. 2/3 remaining staff said they couldn’t serve me as they were “busy” (there were 4 customers in the entire shop) and eventually one came over to help. Very poor.

Fabulous bakers in Berkhamsted. Nice to visit, and the chocolate Croissants were amazing.
