2nd price increase in 6 months, but yet the chain has recorded a profit of over 130 million... Sorry, you've lost my as a daily customer.

Great service, delicious food. Easy quick snack. Also remember prices aren’t decided by staff, so again, no need or reason to harass them, give them a break! Fun fact, the counter at greggs isn’t a hot counter. Stop complaining if you food is cold, ask before ordering if it’s that important. Xx

No tomato soup 😢 festive bake stone cold nothing festive about it. Girl at till was pretty 😍 so not all bad

Food off the hot counter was cold. Don't know how long it had been there. Staff were to busy laughing and joking out back to worry about customers even though I was the only person waiting was a long wait. Won't use again. Subway on site, so there next time.

Recently been going in there and food always been cold , seem to get wrong order most of the time aswell and when I do try and get refund... I dint even get all of my money back
