Nice place, we enjoyied the lovely weather eating on a really comfy sofa outside.
You need to order and pay at the till and your food will be brought to you.
Amazing chunky chips and onion rings, delicious burger.
Customer base for a tuesday lunch was mainly mums with children and elderly people.

This shop does great food my favourite is the gammon salad sandwich - fresh bread, butter, gammon ham, fresh salad - who could ask for more! They also helped me surprise my daughter with some cake for her birthday.

I just had a coffee and a steak slice both were good. Although they don't allow dogs inside I was allowed to sit a the tables outside, friendly staff definitely go again.

2 out of the 3 staff on shift clearly didn't want to be there, grumpy and not at all helpful. There were 3 tables with people seated when we went in, they couldn't have managed with it much busier. They had NO gluten free food and the place was freezing, needed my coffee (half of which was on the saucer) to keep me warm. The loo was filthy too. I won't go back to this particular outlet and was quite disappointed as have been before and it was fine. On the other hand...Twigworth outlet gets 5/5.

Popped in for a cake & a coffee early afternoon at the beginning of October.

I had a latte with a vanilla shot (70p I think it was) plus a breakfast pasty. My wife had a tea and an iced snail bun, which are a highlight of any Jane's Pantry as far as we're both concerned.

The lady who served us was polite, very courteous & greeted us with a smile & a 'good afternoon', something that is often overlooked. Shortly after we were seated our drinks, pasty and bun arrived.

The tea was a little weak and the coffee was OK. I found the pasty to be quite dry, it was one of only two left and it was two o'clock so it may have been there a little while. But the snail bun was good, as expected. The 4 items cost over £15, which I think is alot, I might be wrong & I might be being a little 'scrooge-like' but that does seem a bit pricey to me. The seating area also seemed quite dark & dull, and needs a little brightening up.

The loo wasn't particularly clean either.

This review is about an incident a few weeks ago rather than at the point of writing. Really disappointed in how I was treated by the staff at this particular outlet. Upon ordering informed the staff member I was taking a sandwich out as I wouldn’t be eating in. On my way out I sat down for a moment to organise change and text a relative. The woman behind the counter immediately started to shriek at me that I hadn’t paid the tax to eat in. I explained that I wouldn’t be eating in and that I would be on my way in a moment. She continued to bellow across the establishment in front of other customers, about how she was going to call the police, and that I was now banned from all Janes Pantry outlets. Unbelievable. I really enjoyed consuming your food. I now find myself banned from enjoying it! Does this ban include your jiffy trucks?
