Had a variety of food today from Greggs, within 3 hours of having one of the items, my stomach had turned itself inside out. I haven’t had Greggs for ages and this has definitely put me off having Greggs again anytime soon. Maybe for a cuppa, but not open food kept in the glass cabinet.

I don't mind queues, the shop is busy when open and nothing the staff can do about that especially given it's very small. However, this morning I went in when there was not a queue. I stood there for minutes while no staff even acknowledged I was there and even asked for me to wait for a minute while they were busy. There's no excuse for being ignored. I waited and eventually walked out.

Cheap and cheerful place for something quick to eat when you're in a rush in the town centre... I do like the vegan sausage rolls they do and it's my usual go to, the other items are ok but depending on what you have I tend to find the filling is too full of sauce/gravy therefore it can be a bit messy when you're eating whilst walking... Customer service is nice, polite, and efficient... Overall as a national chain bakery it's not too shabby...

More like a 3.5 really, but have rounded up as I really respect the company as a whole. Im back from Uni for Christmas, and this was the first place I knew I had to go #steakbake4life. However, I decided to branch out from my usual Greggs order, and can't say I was thrilled. They shouldn't call it a festive stake bake, as it has RUINED my Christmas. Felt like eating someone elses chewed up Christmas dinner. Good value for money though, at a total of £1.80.
Despite this horrific bake, I remain a loyal greggs customer. Staff, as always, gave me a big smile and a warm welcome.

When the shop is actually open and the food is hot this Greggs is alright; however over the past month or so the shop has been unexpectedly closed repeatedly, despite there being signage in the window that states that it should be open. Moreover, I have personally had a few less than pleasant experiences with the staff being rude and short when asked questions such as: "which savouries are hot?" or "When is the next food coming out of the oven?". Definitely room for significant improvement.

I'm standing outside. 9am. It says online that you open 8am, yet there is no sign of opening hours, or why you not open yet. The woman inside is taking her time sorting something on the shelf without any notice of people outside wondering why it's not open yet. At least put a sign or tell us what time you will open. Lost so many customers due to this I reckon, including me. At least put a sign of opening hours so we don't waste time standing and waiting for nothing to happen.
