Staff not wearing masks like in the high street store asked why was told they don't have too, but were supplied with them if they want to use them. Obviously don't care about themselves or their customers

The bearded guy at the counter was such a cheat Or maybe didn't know basic maths. Twice I called out to him trying to short change me "For the same Freaking transaction"
Simply ignorant or trying to con unsuspecting customers..?

Its ONLY a warming counter....unless the food has just come out the oven its pretty much cold. Staff are pretty uselss too, no mask, poor customer service and can't even get an order right let alone the maths.
