Greggs

Poor service.
(The ones I've dealt with) Employees don't seem to know very much. I was made to feel villainous for using my rewards on the app.

I was being rushed and charged for food I did not leave with...

(Mostly) generic service with Greggs, I know its basic, but a simple smile might help. Its not rocket science "dorothy" (made up name) it's already made rolls and a push of a button coffee.

Does what it says on the tin. Great chicken bakes and hot sausage rolls. Can't knock it.

Ate a nice ham and cheese toastie

Had to wait inline very busy products well presented, staff pleasant and food enjoyable.

Joan is so rude and abusive towards costumers.
She shouldn’t be working there with her attitude. She needs to fix her attitude.
Will give 0+ starts rather than giving one.

Ordered a six pizza box to share with my friend. It was cold won't be ordering again

Friendly staff typical Gregg food

Love Greggs especially now they have more choice for vegetarians. Always clean & tidy. Lovely polite staff.
